Promo vinyl testing the Creatures of The Night Picture Disc.
KISS Creatures Of The Night PROMO PICTURE DISC 1982 Sterling Sound NYC
KISS - understood to be one of only four copies in the world of the test pressing of Creatures In The Night which has black and white imagery and includes the text "The Loudest Band In The World" which was later removed.
This copy was owned by flim director Alan G Parker.
This a test pressing for the artwork that was to be printed on the picture disc when it was released – the “Loudest Band In The World” text was later dropped.
As the album was not yet finalised when they ran this through, a vinyl with another band was used to print the artwork onto. This was purchased by Alan from a record executive that works with Kiss.
The vinyl DOES not play KISS.
The record is by another artist.
