It is very important that you read this whole item description section.
Just so you know:  I have been in the music business all my life(retired musician -play music for 40+ years) and have recorded many 45's/records but I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but I will describe this item to the best of my ability...PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.   Thank you.
What I have here for you(based on my research) is a very sough after, super collectible 45 vinyl from artist Julio Gutierrez. This record was played one last time(on both sides) in the record player that you see in the pictures to double check on the condition before being packed.
THIS RECORD IS NOT IN MINT CONDITION, BUT IT IS IN REAL GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE WITH MINOR RUBBING AND VERY FEW LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCHES THAT SOME YOU CAN NOT SEE WITH THE NAKED EYE.
Side 1:This AWESOME side plays and sounds super fantastic with NO issues.
Side 2: This side also plays and sounds super fantastic with the             exception of 2 minor super quick skips almost at the end             of the song.  Those super quick skips is nothing major, as             they are super quick skips.
There are  some scratches to the label( as you can see in the pictures), but overall this whole 45 record is in super fantastic condition for its age.  The sleeve is all white( I do not know if it is original to this 45 record/vinyl).
NOTE: These particular Julio Gutierrez 'Fun-K-City 45 record is very hard to find that I don't know if you will see another one for sale anytime soon..  If you want to see what this particular record is all about, one exact copy just sold here on ebay on March 19, 2018 and I believe that particular 45 has audio.
