ARTIST: Joy Division

TITLE: Unknown Pleasures

PRODUCT INFO: On offer is the classic debut LP 'Unkown Pleasures' by Joy Division. This is is the original first pressing on Factory Records.  It comes in the textured sleeve printed by Garrod and Lofthouse. The inner sleeve has rounded corners.  It is also one of the rare pressings which when held up to the light have a wonderfull ruby red glow/transparency (see picture).  Picture is of item on offer.

CONDITION:-

Vinyl - based on visual

Ouside - Excellent

inside - very good - There is one scuff which cuts across from the end of track one to the run out groove - this only effects the play back on one track see below.

Vinyl Based on play grade.

Outside :  Excellent

Inside :   Very good +. All the tracks apart from the second track i would rate as excellent.   There is a click due to the scuff which effects the first half of track 2.

Sleeve : Very good +, light shelf ware including ring ware and rubbing to edges (see picture)

Inner sleeve: very good +, some light creasing and slight discoloration due to age.

MINT: The Record Itself Is In Brand New Condition With No Surface Marks Or Deterioration In Sound Quality. The Cover And Any Extra Items Such As The Lyric Sheet, Booklet Or Poster Are In Perfect Condition. Records Advertised, As Sealed Or Unplayed Should Be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The Record Shows Some Signs Of Having Been Played, But There Is Very Little Lessening In Sound Quality. The Cover And Packaging Might Have Slight Wear And / Or Creasing.

VERY GOOD: The Record Has Obviously Been Played Many Times, But Displays No Major Deterioration In Sound Quality, Despite Noticeable Surface Marks And The Occasional Light Scratch. Normal Wear And Tear On The Cover Or Extra Items, Without Any Major Defects, Is Acceptable.

GOOD: The Record Has Been Played So Much That The Sound Quality Has Noticeably Deteriorated, Perhaps With Some Distortion And Mild Scratches. The Cover And Contents Suffer From Folding, Scuffing Of Edges, Spine Splits, Discolouration, Etc.
