VINTAGE ORIGINAL PROMO UK POSTER

'An Ideal For Living' Anonymous Records poster

The EP was Joy Division's debut which came out in Sept 1978, just after the band had changed their name from Warsaw. The EP is still one of the most collectable and valuable releases from that era, an important part of history. The poster has a great minimalist approach, all in black and white which makes the lettering deliberately(?) difficult to read from afar.

This has been in my possession for many years and is time for it to find a new home

This is an ABSOLUTE ORIGINAL - there can't be many of these around!!

Measures approx. 61.6cm x 43cm

Printed on high grade medium-thick matt stock - in VG+ condition

There is a small tear towards the bottom right of the poster - it does not affect the edges and was in this shape when I got it - it is hard to explain but please look at pics 2 and 5 which shows the damage on both sides. Luckily it is not too noticeable so once this is mounted and framed nobody will notice ;)

*PLEASE NOTE* the shadowing on the photos are from the lighting in my room, I found it very difficult to photograph this but have tried my best. All close-up pictures show the damage.

This poster has NEVER BEEN UP ON A WALL!! It was safely rolled up in a tube and stored in dry, safe conditions for many years!!

This will be professionally packed in a high quality cardboard tube so it will get to you nice and safe!! Please ask any questions you may have... Buyer may also collect if they would prefer.
