Description

Up for auction today, I have an ultra rare copy of the first official Factory Records release, FAC-2/A Factory Sample. This is a seminal release, as it marks Joy Division's first official appearance on the label and Peter Saville's first professional design. This is an original copy(only 5000 were made) and it has been beautifully preserved. The sleeve is in amazing shape, the original inserts/stickers(very hard to find) are still here, and the records play through perfectly. The only flaw is a very small 1/4" fracture on the outside edge of the Cabaret Voltaire/John Dowie split 7". This does not affect play and you'd be hard pressed to even find it.
