HERE ARE THE EXACT NOTES ON THE ABBREVIATIONS FOR THE CONDITION:

Mint (M): Absolutely perfect - never was! played and may still be sealed (more on sealed records below). We never rate used LP's with Mint - at most Mint- (Near Mint) 

Near Mint (NM; M-): An almost perfect record. The record shows no signs of use. A single cover must really only have minimal signs of use and an Lp cover must not have any chipped corners, folds or similar defects. There are no record covers with cut-out holes either. The same applies to inserts such as posters, text sheets or the like. In principle, a Near Mint record should look like it was just bought in a record store and the foil was removed at home. 

Very Good + (VG +): Has visible signs of use, but has been well maintained by the previous owner. The record surface can show minimal signs of wear (from playing), but these do not impair listening pleasure. Slight bulges that do not affect playback are okay. The label may have slight (not really noticeable) discoloration. The center hole should not be widened. Single-picture sleeves and Lp inner sleeves may have slight signs of use. LP album sleeves may have slight signs of usage and a cut-out hole is justifiable. On the whole, a very good + record is in a very good condition that is worth collecting for almost all collectors. 

Very Good (VG): Many of the shortcomings of a VG + plate appear more pronounced here. Slight noise can occur during playback, especially in quiet passages and during the intro, but this does not 'overpower' the music. Slight groove wear can be present as well as slight scratches (which can be felt with a fingernail) that can also be heard during playback. Defects such as stickers or lettering can appear on the labels. The same applies to LP album covers and single picture covers. However the record can have 2 or 3 of these defects, but not all! 

Good (G): Good does not mean 'bad'! A Good record will go through without sticking, but it will have considerable noise, some scratches, and clearly visible wear and tear. Album covers and single picture sleeves are popped open and have kinked corners. Stickers, labels and the like spread out on the same. If it is not really rare, it is better to wait for a better condition - but if you have been looking for it for ages and the price is right, you should take the chance. 

Poor (P), Fair (F): The plate is full of scratches, quite bent, and will not pass through without getting stuck. The album cover has water damage, all edges are pierced and is full of scribbles and stickers. Not worth collecting, unless they are absolute top rarities! 

Still Sealed (SS): In the case of sealed Lp's, it must be pointed out that many Lp's were subsequently resealed. Of course there are still original sealed Lp's from the 60s, but the only way to find out is to open the Lp, as there are often reprints in the original covers.

Decent packaging is a matter of course. From almost 20 years of experience, there is definitely a high-quality packing method. If available, transport screws are tightened, plates and counterweight removed and packed separately. The pickup and everything else is packed in antistatic ESD bags, which prevent discharges and protect the pickup and device! Everything packed extremely well. Wherever possible, we use waste materials for environmentally friendly reasons in order to use as little plastic as necessary. We see our obligation not only to protect the black round, but also to protect the blue round and to avoid rubbish where possible. If, for whatever reason, you do not want this, please let us know in advance.
