 Label: Blue Note BLP 1559 - Mono, 47 West 63rd New York 23 address on both labels

 Deep groove both sides
Deadwax: Side A:  BN-LP-1559-A, RVG, ear Side B:  BN-LP-1559-B, RVG, ear
LP Condition:  Strong VG+ a few light marks on side B that do not effect play.  Plays clear, clean and beautifully.
Cover Condition: Strong VG bordering on VG+ Has some old tape along spine, and a small tear in bottom seam bottom left corner.  A few creases top left corner, and a few small dings on back cover.  Overall still very solid condition
