Description
You are bidding on the 78 RPM, 10 inch Johnny Cash record Don't Make Me Go and Next In Line. This is Sun Record Company #266 with the yellow Sun label.
The record is in good condtion with only a few minor scratches and scuffs, no chips or breaks.

Please see my other auctions for similar items. This is an estate item so I have no personal knowledge about when it was purchased or any other detailed information. I am not an expert regarding records, and I will not attempt to play these records so I am describing it as best I can. If I find scuffs and/or scratches on a record I'll say so, I'll use plain English to describe everything. Feel free to contact me with more questions. I can’t absolutely guarantee that it won’t have a scratch or skip because I am not playing these records. I will describe the sleeves the same way, by just being perfectly honest. We are selling hundreds of albums so I'm not cleaning these records, you should expect to clean it when it arrives.

US Buyers: Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service, Media Mail in the U.S. and the cost for shipping, packaging, handling, and required insurance is $6.00. For multiple items won in the U.S. I will ship up to 3 records for the same price then add $1 for each additional record in the U.S. If you would like Priority Mail for shipping within the U.S. the cost is $7.65 and you'll need to let me know when you pay by dropping me an email via Ebay. In the unlikely event the item is damaged or lost during shipment, I will send the insurance and shipping paperwork to you and it will be up to you to take the damaged item to your post office to make a claim.
International Buyers: For international shipments, I use International Priority Mail and the cost for shipping, handling, and insurance, is $22.00. In the unlikely event the item is damaged or lost during shipment, I will send the insurance and shipping paperwork and it will be up to the buyer to call the postal authorities at the post office claims number, to make a claim. This must be done by the buyer. I will not place an amount on customs forms any higher or lower than the auction sale price. This is for your protection as well as mine. Insurance is purchased at the United States Post Office and they also provide the customs forms, so I can't claim the true value on the insurance then claim a lower value on a customs form, and that would render your insurance worthless even if I could. For combined shipments, the rates are as follows: 2 albums...$25.00. 3 albums...$29.00. 4 albums...$33.00. 5 albums...$38.00. 6 albums...$43.00. 7 albums...$47.00. 8 albums...$51.00. 9 albums...$56.00. 10 albums...$59.00. If you win or plan to bid on more than 10 albums or 10 pounds, ask me and I'll quote shipping costs. I consider the international shipping costs to be outrageous but we're stuck with these rates.
If you cannot agree to the terms above, please DO NOT BID.
If you are unhappy with the merchandise for a legitimate reason I will be happy to accept a return. You must notify me and send it back within 7 days of receiving item. Once I receive the product in the same condition as it was sent to you, I will refund your cost of the product plus shipping. I will make every attempt to be fair and I ask and expect you to do the same.
