LABEL DESCRIPTION:  Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address, RVG stamped and "EAR" etched in the dead wax, NO "R" on the bottom and deep groove. Also a sticker on one side   GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER):  VG++  Some ring wear on the laminated cover, but kind of tough to indentify because of the darkness of the cover. Also a little writing on the back, overall this is a beautiful cover.
