Description
This is Impulse Records A-40, John Coltrane And Johnny Hartman, a orange and black labeled, original mono issue of this classic recording with matrix A1/B1 and Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG++ condition showing some light sleeve marks; which do not effect the play, keeping it from being near mint. The record plays quietly throughout. The glossy gate-fold cover has some light bumping on the corners but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with no spindle marks. the original inner sleeve is included. An excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful original mono issue. The record has been cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
