ABC Impulse! label with "Bell Sound" in the runouts both sides. "Product Of ABC-Paramount Records, Inc." on back cover.

Record looks and plays VG++/VG+. Side 1 looks clean. Side 2 has 3 areas of small needle scratches that cause some light ticking below the level of the music. Grooves do not show graying or wear.

The laminated gatefold cover is VG+.

Cover is laminated and foldout. The front cover is shiny with moderate wear. The back cover has moderate wear and ring wear. Inside foldout is clean, bright and nice. No split seams. Spine is bright and readable. Small spots of heavy wear at the corners.
