Description
Blue Note Records Inc. 43 West 61st St.,New York address on label & sleeve.
This album was purchased from Dobell`s basement second hand dept. in 1962, See file ref. at top LH corner of the back of the outer sleeve.
The disc plays perfectly with very little surface noise, however it has the following issues on side 2. 1. 6mm long faint abrasion at 11 o`clock at the beginning of Locomotion. 2. 32mm long faint scratch at 3 o`clock across tracks 1 & 2, cannot be seen in artificial light. Neither mark has an impact on audio quality. 3. Pressing fault, shallow 1.5 x 1.0mm depression at 2 o`clock, midway through track 1. Causes a brief, barely detectable effect on audio for 4 revs.
Outer sleeve is sound, with some loss of colour along edges and has clear tape affixed to spine and both edges of the slot, resulting in some staining. Complete with original inner sleeve.
