ARTIST: John Coltrane Orchestra
LABEL: Impulse A-95 (1965 Stereo)
TITLE: Ascension
CONDITION:
Sleeve: The front cover is almost Mint- w/ a whisper of lamination wear. The back cover is VG++ w/ some light ring wear. The seams are sharp & intact except for a 1 1/2" split in the middle of the bottom seam.
Record: Retains high original gloss w/ some light surface scuffs, mostly on Side B. Plays Mint- / VPI cleaned / By the spindle hole it looks like this LP may have been played a few times. / Fantastic Rudy Van Gelder sound presence!
COMMENTS: Very nice original Impulse 1966 black & orange label Stereo copy of this absolute classic. Comes in heavy gatefold sleeve. Stamper : AS-95-A Van Gelder / AS-95-B Van Gelder
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
