Description

Up for sale is a nice copy of John Coltrane's Ascension from 1965. This is the first pressing, referred to as Edition I. It contains the second take of the session. John, after this was pressed, wanted to use the first take instead, so subsequent pressings are referred to as Edition II. The jacket has has the remainder of a name written on the back and some discoloring of the lamination in the same spot. Mild edge, corner and seam wear. Van Gelder stamped. The vinyl is in excellent condition.

Records are play graded using the Record Collectors Guild standards. All records are cleaned on an Okki Nokki for superior play back. Records are removed from the jacket for shipping. Records are shipped in Whiplash record mailers.
