Jimmy Smith Midnight Special Blue Note 1961 Original Stereo copy on New York labels with RVG stamp and “Ear”.
Beautiful copy of one of my favorite Jimmy Smith with an outstanding lineup feat. Stanley Turrentine on tenor sax, Kenny Burrell on guitar and Donald Bailey on drums. If there is only one Jimmy Smith to keep in my collection this would be the one (which is why I have two copies!)
Record: strong VG (looks VG but plays better overall with only minor to moderate surface noise mostly audible between tracks, no major clicks or pops, loud and high fidelity typical RVG OG)
Sleeve: VG+ or better (Strong seams and spine, plenty of gloss, a few stains on back cover)
Listing some duplicates in my personal collection. All records have been well taking care of and come in a polyvinyl outer sleeve.
