RETURNS & INSURANCE: WSI Auctions will except all returns on items damaged in shipping if the sold value is below $100.00. If the the auction ends at a value of over 100.00 the optional shipping insurance must be purchased for us to except the return. Shipping insurance may not be offered on all items. We only ship items using DHL delivery. Items over 250.00 value will require delivery confirmation via signature. Some auctions may vary, please see detailed item descriptions for special shipping features.
LOCAL PICK-UP: We do allow items to picked up here at our store if you wish to avaoid the shipping charges, but a minimum of a $5.00 handling fee will be charged ($10.00 on Large Items) and needs to be paid prior to or at the time of pick up. All items scheduled for pick up, must be picked up within 14 days of the auction end. If the item remains in our store for longer than 14 days after the auction ends, the item will be re-listed and sold to someone else. If the item is relisted, the amount you paid for the item will be refunded to you less any handling charges incurred as discussed above. This is not a storage facility, but a store with limited square footage, so please keep that in mind.
