Description

Boleskine House Records. "Do What Though Wilt  Shall Be The Whole of The Law" Record inscription, BHR - 666.

 

Record still has original plastic wrap on it. It was played once for recording purposes. The LP looks perfect, and the cover looks excellent m-/m-. Also included is the original two sided flier insert. 

 

The infamous Boleskine House,(purchased by Page, formerly owned by Aleister Crowley) lies on the edge ofLoch Ness in Scotland. Sections of Page’s fantasy sequence in the film TheSong Remains the Same were filmed at night on the mountainside directly behind Boleskine House.

 

Lucifer Rising, this moody, quiet piece comes from the Kenneth Anger film of the same title. Jimmy Page was commissioned to write the piece in 1973 and began work later that year after the completion of Led Zeppelin's Amerincan Tour. Page plays all of the music by himself, most of which is done on an electric guitar run through and early ARP synthesizer.
