Mega rare original LP of Jimmy McGriff - The Worm (Solid State 18045 - stereo) Original 1960s yellow label edition - NOT a current re-issue! Likely McGriff's best LP features the organist along with GradyTate, Blue Mitchell, Mel Lewis, Thornel Schwartz and others in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+ condition with marks that will make noise and with much of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but certainlynot trashed either still, you will hear some noise on this one. The cover is in VG+ condition with some general shelf/age wear, butg NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. Not perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore in any condition?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world). Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together to any country.Mailing costs have gone up.
