Purple label with silver text, deep groove, mono. The jacket refers to the record as Prestige New Jazz. At the bottom of the label is the identification: A Product of Prestige Records Inc., 203 S. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J. Address at the bottom of the jacket is Prestige Records, same address as above. 6 tracks. Leader, Jimmy Forrest, tenor sax; Larry Young, Hammond organ; Thornel Schwartz, guitar; Jimmy Smith, drums. Tunes include Dexter Gordon's "Dexter's Deck" and Milt Jackson's "Bag's Groove".
Cover: VG++ Intact and clean. Minor edge wear. Very light aging on the back cover. Excellent condition.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. 1 faint rub mark on Side A, barely visible and does not affect the sound. Played a very few times. On Side A, Track 3, 1 faint click and 2 clicks close to the end of the Track. On Side B, 2 faint, isolated clicks on Track 1, barely audible. Fine, collectable condition.
