I use the word “Legendary” in my title for this listing with a firm nod to the folks who ran Rubber Dubber Records. They sent ripples through the pop culture spectrum more than once with releases such as the one I’m offering here.

2LP RUBBER DUBBER RECORDS
This double LP was pressed in a limited run of 500 pieces according to several trusted sources. I do remember a small batch of copies being offered in Greenwich Village, in particular, and they were gone in a day. It definitely rates high among the best of those bootlegs that were coming out and disappearing just as quickly. The Get Back Album, Dylan - GWW and a handful of others remain strong in our collector circles.
This pictured copy that you might consider adding to your collection is solid. Both records play perfectly as I did just have enough time to play-test both in their entirety. Some slight noise hear and there but nothing like background noise throughout, real good sound that is a pleasure to sit back and listen to. It has that classic bootleg feel but with a higher quality as Rubber Dubber was quality conscious and took real pride in this release. A great listening experience for me.
The cover art is very well known and copied to this day only adding to the legend of this release. The condition of the cover is very good. Yes there is some ring wear as you can see in the photos but DO be aware I use a lot of light. When this record is in your hands it will look better than what was pictured and I prefer it that way. As most I’ve had the pleasure of passing my records to will attest, the records always are in better condition than when in the pictures. Go figure? All the seams are intact and solid. The gatefold is still strong. These two records and their amazing cover are in really good condition, not worn or frayed like so many other of these relics that have survived. I did see an actual mint copy one time and almost took the plunge but got cold feet and “settled” for this copy. No regrets.
