Here is an archive UK 1st mono pressing of Jimi's legendary 1st studio album dating from initial May 1967 release.
This high-quality original pressing is on the Polydor pressed Track Records label: 612 001
Matrices: 612001 A v 1 & 612001 B v 1
Stamper codes: 1 24 & 13 1
Vinyl weight: 151g
Housed in a front (only) laminated cover printed by 'Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd.'.
Complete with original/correct poly-lined inner-sleeve.

A perfect pair showing just one or two barely visible spindle trails around each totally unworn centre hole.
Visual: MINT -
An exceptional disc with true 'factory-fresh' playing surfaces looks as good today as the day it was bought. Each side retains its original deep-gloss shine with no clouding, scuffs or scratches. Close examination beneath halogen light reveals only a few faint inner-sleeve removal marks on side 2. This really is the finest copy of this pressing we have handled and will not disappoint even the most demanding collector.

Played once or twice with care on high-end equipment only, the sound quality throughout this amazingly well looked-after disc is truly flawless throughout. You will not find a better sounding UK 1st pressing of this incredible album.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A fine example which is strong and fully intact. The sparkling front panel laminate shows very light storagewear rubbing along with couple of edge wrinkles, but no 'thumbnails'. There are small shelfwear bruises to the lower right corner but both opening edges are sharp and undamaged. The rear panel is clean & unmarked with just slight toning along the spine area. The spine itself is fully worded with slight wear to the upper text but both upper or lower seams are tight & unworn.
