Grading guide
Mint - unplayed with perfect condition sleeve/inners
Excellent - the vinyl may have signs of having been played such as minor surface marks & some surface noise but the sound quality is high. The sleeve/inners may have some minor scuff marks, identification marks, tears, splits, creases etc.
Good - the vinyl has signs of regularly having been played with but the sound quality is reasonable and there are no major jumps, sticks etc. The sleeve/inners have some damage such as split splines, discoloration, missing inserts, pen marks, retailer label scuffs etc.
All items are despatched in cardboard record mailers with 2 cardboard stiffeners unless a large number have been purchased, in which case they will be packaged securely and despatched by courier. The vinyl & inner will be packaged outside the sleeve & in bubble wrap. No responsibility for loss/damage in transit is accepted unless the purchaser chooses delivery by an insured option. If there are any problems or you are unhappy with your purchase I am happy to try to resolve the situation. All items are from my vinyl collection purchased between 1960 to the "demise" of vinyl in the early 90s and, other than mint items, have been played by me at least once since purchase but that may have been up to 40 years ago. The grading chosen is my opinion of the quality. Please do not purchase my vinyl albums if you are looking for a clinical, digital sound quality. Later I am selling most of my cd collection amassed over the past 20 years, so choose one of those instead.
PLEASE READ my grading definitions and examine the photograph carefully BEFORE bidding. If you want further information, please email me. (It costs nothing). The reason I am selling most of my vinyl collection is to create space not make money so my albums are listed at a starting price which represents their value to me irrespective of their rarity. If you bid more then it's your judgement not mine. The gradings are my gradings not those of Record Collector Magazine so, for example, if a sleeve is described as "excellent", it does not mean that it is perfect but probably has some minor defect or defects. If it is perfect it is described as "mint". Because of my low starting prices I am not prepared to spend time listing every aspect of a record. I will give an honest assessment. DO NOT BUY unless you are sure and do not buy then try to have the price reduced by threatening to leave negative feedback for me. It will not work. If you are dissatisfied I am prepared to resolve your problem in a fair and reasonable manner even if it means that I lose money. If you respond in an unreasonable manner or become abusive then I will not deal with you or sell to you again.
Items may be collected and paid for on collection by prior arrangement if preferred. International buyers please email for delivery cost before bidding as cost will vary depending on designated country. The £20 postage cost quoted is the maximum fee.
