Description

This is the original previously unissued Japanese King pressing of Jackie McLean “Consequence” on Blue Note GXK-8172. The playing surface is mint, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The cover, with obi and insert, has two small dings at the corners of the opening; otherwise it is in virtually new condition. McLean signed the cover front in silver pen, dated 1988. Accompanying the record is a June 16, l988 New York Times review of the concert at the Studio Museum of Harlem at which the cover was signed. Personnel include Lee Morgan, Harold Mabern, Herbie Lewis, and Billy Higgins. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Please do not bid unless you are comfortable providing credit card information directly.
