Up for auction I have the increasingly scarce 12" compilation.Earcom2,Contradiction. It features 2 Joy Division tracks,Auto-suggestion and From Safety To Where...? Also tracks from other bands,listed below.

The vinyl is in superb condition with no discernable marks at all.It plays through nice and smooth.A fine example which I will grade as excellent+.
The sleeve is fine,totally intact with a couple of sight bends and a couple of creases,nothing major at all. Graded as excellent-.Comes complete with original thin paper picture inner sleeve,also graded as excellent,only with a natural ringwear impression,again no splits or tears!
The record labels are the only flaw as they do have some rubbing on them.Perhaps a name or something has been erased.I'm just trying to be as honest as possible with my description hence my 100% positive feedback spread over 10 years trading/buying on ebay.
Fast Product was an Edinburgh-based independant label started in late 1977 by Bob Last. Whilst it was easy at the time to find second-division punk bands keen to make records, the label distinguished itself by discovering previously unknown acts who were making much more interesting music, usually with a left-field political slant. Primary amongst these influential and diverse talents were The Human League and The Gang Of Four, both of whom released their first records on the label. Last also gave Californian scene-leaders the Dead Kennedys their first UK release, and included Joy Division on one of his compilations, Earcom 2. In later years he established the "Pop Aural" label, which included the Fire Engines on its roster.
MINT :
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed be Mint.
EXCELLENT :
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD :
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
SMALL PRINT : I am first and foremost a collector, and grade strictly as I wish everyone would. Records will be well-packed between cardboard, and sent in record mailers. In the interests of the environment, these will be recycled whenever possible. All records are sent with a certificate of posting, if you wish additional insurance please ask – I cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
I may use a + or a - to emphasise a grading which may be inbetween a grade. I will never use a mint grading for a 2nd hand/used record for instance. Mint- will be the very highest grade.
