 Condition: Cover: EX (some signs in the corners, BIEM sticker on back, minimal damage on the spine and some peeling near the insertion of the lp, see photos 4) / Record: Near Mint.  Note: RVG on dead wax, 47 West address, deep groove, NO little R under the E of Note.
