. This summer I purchased a record vendors inventory (aprox 100,000 45s, many nice sleeves also) This vendor was in business since the 1950s.
 NEXT more BEATLES picture sleeves. When new, these sleeves were separated from the records and stored in boxes. Uncirculated !! Most look still new. Trying to find a comparable condition disc to match the sleeve is not possible. Value here is in the sleeves, so bid on the sleeve and consider the record as free. I'll include the best condition disc I have to match the record, a clean VG to VG+ in most cases.

JOHN LENNON picture sleeve on Apple 1827. Mother / Why. Sleeve is excellent, no split seams writing, stickers, Lays flat as it did new. Looks New.  Free 45  is a VG at best, you can see light swirls from juke box play.
