Thank you for viewing my auction. I have sold a bunch of expensive records on here in varying conditions. I have not had one problem - check my feedback and bid with confidence! This record has been play graded multiple times on a vintage hi fi consisting of mcintosh and tannoy components. I use a SME 3009 series 2 improved fitted with a shure v15iv. The system is very responsive and revealing. The play grades will be accurate - bid with confidence! 
Up for auction we have the holy grail of Canadian folk music. Huckle - Upon a Once Time. Recorded between two live sessions in BC and Gabriola Island off Vancouver in 1974. Parts recorded with The Perth County Conspiracy as backing this record really shines. Superb songwriting and stunning sound quality really transport the listener in to another time. Super dreamy psych folk at its best. Private pressed on Homespun records. Mega rare and described in Hans Pokora 4001 as 4 disc rarity. Only 400-500 copies sold at various shows and festivals for 3$ apiece. Front and back silkscreen are partially hand drawn and on this copy the writing is perfect and very calligraphic. Don't miss the opportunity to own this classic piece of folk history.
Record Sleeve - 
VG+ really nice example and the silkscreens are perfect (see pictures) Slight sign of ring-wear and all defects present are on the cheap white generic portion of the cover. Opening is slightly bowed (see photos) Faintest wear on edges. Writing on cover is perfect - if you have seen some of these they look terrible whereas this example is flowing and calligraphic - perfectly spaced font - exactly what you want to see. 
Record -  
VG+++++ Visually this disc looks sparingly played - visual grade is EX. Labels are very nice, some spindle marks - as shown is photos. Spindle hole is perfect and tight. Very glossy and high sheen the grooves. Play grade - VG+++++ if not for a few minor defects this would be EX-/EX. Essentially the first track or so of both sides play VG and the rest plays a very good EX-/EX. I cleaned this thing 4 times and it got better each time. The biggest sound defect is the run in of the record where there was something I couldn't clean off but is very minimal it runs for the first 45 seconds of the record. Light surface noise is much more present on side 1. Side 2 is really smooth. Very light surface noise throughout light ticks and occasional light pops is noticeable only due to the quiet nature of the recording. SURFACE NOISE NEVER COMES INTO CONTACT WITH THE FIDELITY OF THE RECORDING. Listener can hear recording equipment cut in between tracks adding to the noise. I would say that this vinyl on this pressing is "noisy". I have heard 4 of these and this one is the best I have heard. Light crackle and the odd light pop tick. Excellent example for the collection. Bid with confidence - you will like this record. NO SKIPS

STUNNING AUDIO ON THIS DISC! TOP TOP TOP LIVE RECORDING - LIFELIKE FIDELITY. The sound engineer on this is a master you can hear feet tapping, strings resonating and kids crying in the back. It is all here. Believe me this is one of the best live recordings I have ever heard. TOP AUDIO!
