Description

Vintage 1950's long play record of JOHN LEE HOOKER--Plays and Sings the Blues==CHESS 1454--HI FIDELITY-- with a white REVIEW COPY label . This is the first pressing, not the reissue. There are 12 songs --BLUES-- and  a nice, arty, bluesy photograph on the cover. This is on that nice, heavy "unbreakable" vinyl of the 1950's and is about an E+ condition. Nice shine, with a few tiny marks. This appears to have been well taken care of and not left outside its sleeve. Cover is great too, with no splits, stickers, or writing.

Songs are: THE JOURNEY, I DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY, HEY BABY, MAD MAN BLUES, BLUEBIRD, WORRIED LIFE BLUES, APOLOGIZE, LONELY BOY BOOGIE, PLEASE DON'T GO, DREAMIN' BLUES, HEY BOOGIE, JUST ME AND MY TELEPHONE.
