This Item: JOHN HAWKSWORTH THE PENTHOUSE RARE UK EMBER OST LP EXOffered up here is a rare original 1967 UK issued LP by John (Johnny) Hawksworth, composed for the Original Motion Picure Soundtrack "The Penthouse". This UK issue is extremely scarce and just doesn't show up often at all.
Sleeve Condition: Tough one to grade since the sleeve is generally in Excellent condition, nice laminated front cover and a fully legible spine. Flip the LP however and there is a large tear to the rear sleeve, most of the way across it to be honest. See picture below. I've not tried to repair this in any way, you could certainly make this look a lot better but must grade as Fair because of this unfortunately.
Vinyl Condition: Luckily the vinyl is in much beter shape than the sleeve and grades as EX, great original lustre, just a couple of light hairlines to side 1. Very nice vinyl!
Labels: Some very minor spindle traces to each side consistent with some play but not much in the way of use. Absolutely no stickers, initials or label damage of any kind.
Matrix Details: End with A1 / B1
I hope for find this a clear and honest appraisal of this rare disc.
