She Rocks / Sad Strings VERY RARE Octive 78 rpm

Jimmy Wrieght Rhythm Makers 78 RPM on the Octive Records label. Songs are She Rocks / Sad Strings.

Condition: Has several very fine scratches and some more serious scuffs, but a good looking disc overall.
There is a small chip mostly visible on one side which affects the lead-in groove but NOT the music (see image below).
Labels are clean and in great condition.
