JEFF BECK " BECK - OLA " ALBUM
Released : 1969 on the " COLUMBIA " SCX 6351
Condition : EXCELLENT / NEAR MINT
I bought this Album from my local record shop. It was played on a high
quality record deck (Thorens 125 turntable SME arm with Shure V15
cartridge) and always cleaned with a high quality record cleaner. The
Album was always stored in a plastic outer sleeve for protection.

Side 2. Matrix no. YAX 3871 - 1 G 1
track 1. Plynth.
2. The Hangman's Knee.
3. Rice Pudding.
THE COVER
The COVER is in a NEAR MINT condition. The FRONT COVER is in a
SEMI SHEEN finish, it is VERY CLEAN with only one small pinch on the
front bottom right hand corner, otherwise the front is SUPERB. The BACK
COVER is in a MATT finish and is VERY CLEAN, free from any marks
except again the small pinch in the bottom left hand corner. Three CORNERS
are VERY FIRM AND TRUE with no scuff marks, except for the corner
mentioned. The SPINE is PERFECT, VERY STRAIGHT and CLEAR.
The SLEEVE OPENING is STRAIGHT and free from and fraying. For an
Album COVER that is 40 years old it is in a BEAUTIFUL condition.
THE INNER SLEEVE
The INNER SLEEVE is in an EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition. It is
the ORIGINAL SLEEVE which is VERY CLEAN and free from any creases,
but it has one tiny rip on the centre of one side from where the edge of the
LP has pressed against it.
THE VINYL
The VINYL is in an EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT condition. The surface
is in a HIGH GLOSS finish, it is VERY CLEAN. The LABELS are the "SILVER/
BLACK" design. They are VERY CLEAN with only two light SPINDLE marks
on side 1. only. The SOUND QUALITY was VERY CLEAN and DETAILED
throughout. There are no pops or crackles generally except for some light
ones on side 2. track 3. only. I did the TEST PLAY on my REGA PLANAR 3
record deck, this was about the fourth time this LP has ever been played, and
it played BEAUTIFULLY throughout. The Album has been stored for 38 years
without being played, and it's been kept in an anti-static inner sleeve. This is
a great Album by JEFF BECK, who is currently on tour.

obsessive about playing my Albums on the best possible audio equipment
