JED WHITEY ultra rare box set number 9/15 Mint

2002/Australia/Out of the Loop Records…..this is an ultra rare limited box set housing three different colored copies of “Mongoloid Cage Match” lp, each record comes housed in it’s own cover, this lp was limited to 666 copies in all and each copy was numbered, the three colors were taken from the original release to make this incredible box set, the black vinyl is 180/666, the peach color is 99/666, and the blue vinyl copy is 50/666, this set also also includes an Out of the Loop pin and a Jed Whitey pin, this set also includes a record company record insert, all three records are in Mint and Unplayed condition, the wooden box is solid and undamaged, the dimensions of the box are 13 3/4" x 13 3/4" x 1 7/8" deep, I don’t think you’ll see another soon!, please check my auctions for other rock, punk, garage, psych and various lp’s, good luck and thanks for looking!

Jed Whitey's music is hard to define as it exists outside of an easily identifiable genre. Part old school punk, part metal, part flat out rock and part stoner, even with elements of slacker US college rock tossed in to make things even more interesting, this Perth three piece has created a considerable stir since their formation in late 1998 that has seen them open for the likes of Rollins Band, the Hellacopters, Frenzal Rhomb and Grinspoon

MINT: as stated with no defects

NEAR MINT: as stated near Mint!, or Mint Minus, same thing, very clean with no defect to sound or visual appearance, one scuff or mark may be permitted but it will be mentioned in the description, a near Mint record looks and plays very clean

EXCELLENT: not much below near Mint, may have a delete hole and/or a minor defect or two not visually detracting from the cover, the vinyl will appear shiny and in clean condition with very minor defects not affecting the sound, still very clean and very collectable!

VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal cover wear and/or delete/splits, still visually appealing, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much

VG+ a little more cover/ring wear and delete, splits etc., the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects, both cover and vinyl no matter the condition, I also play grade the records on high end equipment and will give an honest play grade as well as visual grade, considering the number of records I buy on line my grading is very conservative and fair.

AIR POSTAGE TO USA IS $9 ...OR $7 SURFACE IF THE PACKAGE WEIGHS LESS THAN 500 GRAMS(one regular weight pressing).........USA AIR POSTAGE FROM 500 GRAMS TO 1 KILO IS $14 AND SURFACE MAIL IS $10(usually 1-3 lp’s depending on individual weight), I can also send heavier packages to the USA by expedited surface mail, this option includes a tracking number and free insurance up to $100 for $14 to $18 depending on weight, insurance over $100 is $1.00 for each aditional hundred dollars............. AIR POSTAGE OVERSEAS UNDER 500 grams is $16(one regular weight lp), OVER 500 grams is $29(usually up to 3 lp’s depending on individual weight), SURFACE MAIL IS AVAILABLE OVERSEAS for  $9(500 grams) $13 (500 - 1000 g),OVERSEAS AIR POSTAGE BETWEEN 1000g AND 2000g (usually between 3 and 6 lp’s depending on individual weight) is $45............IN CANADA..POSTAGE IS $7 IN Ontario and Quebec, $10 elsewhere.
