jan dukes de grey / mice and rats in the loft vinyl lp.uk original 1971 pressing on transatlantic coloured / white label catalogue number TRA 234 stereo.laminated gatefold sleeve is near excellent with only light creasing.inside the gatefold is the clear plastic sleeve with the wipe clean foam strip.this has come adrift at some time in the past and has been restuck with sellotape on the back edge.the tape is years old and has browned the sleeve where stuck.disc is strictly graded as very good plus....fair few spindle marks indicate some play.cannot grade higher however as there are a couple of very light surface hairlines here and there.also a little general surface noise here and there...not too intrusive though.I've had this over 20 years and thankfully it was in a polylined seperate inner when I bought it so it hasen't got the damage over the first tracks sides one and two that I have seen in so many other discs with the foam strip/plastic inner....this reacts with the vinyl after several years and marks and pitts everything it touches.It's a very decent copy overall... very rare and very sought after now...wonderful folk/psych and so much better than their first.
