Description
On Blue Note original BN 4024, DG, eye, RVG, this is "Swing, Swang and Swinging", by Jackie McLean. Cover is VG, with clear tape on three corners, better in front than in back (see pictures), record is with superficial marks and scuffs, possibly some "tics" here and there, but don't affect earing, the sound is terrific ! I may grade VG+/VG++
All the jazz records I sold this week are from a collection directly from 50's, and most of them are first edition. They are not new, the precedent owner loved jazz, and he was earing his records. Covers are generally VG/VG+, no more, but the records, even with marks and scuffs, are totally wonderful on the turntable, no scratches, no skips, no jumps, really you enjoy it ! So, not for those who wants NEW records, but if you want rare and in really very good shape, it's a good occasion. I grade hardly.
