The vinyl has never been played, so is in mint/near mint condition.
The sleeve, unfortunately has some wear to it after storage. Corners and edges are worn, and there is mark towards the bottom of the front cover edge near the title writing (see pictures for this).
I have based the price on previous sales of this item in a similarly described condition on Discogs and eBay.
