Description

"Introducing The Beatles" VJLP 1062 Rare 1964 Mono Version two Album Including the Record, Outer Cover and Inside Dust Cover.

This is a very clean, Original and Authentic one owner record and cover and comes from an avid Beatle's Fan collection. The disc has the all-black labels with silver writing and VJ in brackets on both sides. The album cover is marked LP 1062 on the front, on the back is marked VJLP 1062 and there is a number 2 near the corner of the right side. Side one includes the following songs; I Saw Her Standing There, Misery, Anna, Chains, Boys, Ask Me Why. Side Two; Please Please Me, Baby It's You, Do You Want To Know A Secret?, A Taste Of Honey, There's A Place, Twist And Shout.

CONDITION: I am not a record expert, my opinion is that this item is in very good+ condition but I will describe the conditions according to the best of my ability from what is visible to me so feel free to email if you have any questions. The record is in very clean hi-gloss condition and contains a few very light scratches that don't affect the playing sound. The owner placed a paper label with her name on it on side one (see pic) I haven't tried to remove it, I decided not to mess with it. Some factory printing on the label appears like it was double stamped by the factory when produced, very lightly noticeable. That same factory printing occurs on the side two label also, you may be able to see it in the photo, it is very light and appears that it was triple stamped on side two. The front album cover is in great condition with a nice gloss and no writing, there is some light corner and edge wear. The bottom right seam has a 3/4" split. The inside record dust cover is plain white paper that has yellowed over time. The back of the album cover is in nice condition with light loss of gloss mostly in the center black area and no writing or markings. There is a 3" wide by 3/8" area on the left bottom edge where some of the white paper is chipped out, there is another small chip and 1-3/4 inch loose area on the bottom edge. There are a couple of light stains along the left edge. I guarantee this item to be original and authentic.

Just want to clarify the description and add a couple more pics.

The back of the cover has number "2" and "Please, Please Me" with a comma on it.

The Disc Labels are Flat Black, with VJ logo in small brackets. "INTRODUCING THE BEATLES" and "THE BEATLES" is printed above the the spindle hole. "MICROGROOVE" is printed on both sides of the disc. "VJLP1062" and "63-3402" with "LONGPLAYING" is printed on side one, side two is the same except for "63-3403".

Sorry but the cover pics are coming out mottled for some reason and do not do the cover justice, I don't understand why.
