you are bidding on an open box set of singles by Interpol. The 45s themselves are in excellent condition and have no scratches. They appear to have been played very little. However the sleeves do have surface scratches / marks / wear.  I have taken a picture of one by itself, please look at that one closely to have a better understanding of their appearance.
