Description
This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped pressing of “Interplay for Two Trumpets and Two Tenors” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7112. The flat rim playing surface is in near-new condition, with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once. The laminated West 50th Street cover is bright and clean throughout; normal age toning on the back slick; the top seam has 3” of edge wear at the spine and 5/8” wear/split at the opening; musty storage odor. Original glassine inner sleeve is included. Personnel include John Coltrane, Bobby Jaspar, Idrees Sulieman, Webster Young, Kenny Burrell, Mal Waldron, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor. $300.00
