It has the original black generic cover. My cousin was a DJ and he gave me a ton of records about 2 years to sell on ebay. He also worked for a record station. So to be honest this is the only packaging I have for it.It has a bright tealish blue label w/ dark purple writing . Psychopathic PSY. 1004 (AR8882) is written on it. Just weeks prior to the release of their album, John left the group because he felt that it was "taking up too much of [his] life." When Bruce and Utsler attempted to call a meeting to talk about the issues, John did not attend. Carnival of Carnage was released on October 18, 1992, with distribution within a 120-mile (190 km) radius of Detroit. Carnival of Carnage sold 17 copies on its release date.The number would become a reoccurring theme in Insane Clown Posse's work throughout much of the following decade. A condensed extended play featuring tracks from Carnival of Carnage was pressed on vinyl in hopes that DJs would play the songs in Detroit-area nightclubs.

Hello, I was asked to play the record today to check for skips. Well, I listened to both sides. There is NO skips. It has a light crackle in the background when there is dead time or speaking. This is on side 1 songs 1-3 and on side 2 song 1.(the background crackle) This is the first time I've ever listened to them...wow ! No wonder I have never heard them on the radio before. -I would say they sound just fine - all I can say is I'm happy to be an 80's girl
