Igor Stravinsky: The Recorded Legacy on vinyl records.This box set follows his rich career in classical music, including some of his well knows works such as Firebird, The Rite of Spring and The Rake's Progress, plus lesser known works.
There are x31 vinyl records in total, all 12".
Released by CBS Masterworks. There is also a booklet included, which has text in English, French and German.
The records come in gatefold sleeves, and there is an outer slip case.
The records are untested but they look in very good condition with light use. There are minimal scratch marks to the vinyl surfaces, though there is some dust. The inner sleeves are also very good. The gatefold outer sleeves have some general wear to the edges, corners and spines from handling, but no significant defects. The booklet has some general wear to edges/corners, and some surface scratches to the cover. The plastic front of the slip case has broken with two sides missing, and there is visible cracking and white marks to the surface. This front doesn't stay in place very well.
This set of records is rare and hard to find, so a must-have for any ardent fan of this iconic composer!
