Description
This is an auction for a rare LP by The Indo Jazzmen- Ragas And Reflections.
This was released by Saga Records in 1968 and has catalogue number FID2145.
Condition: The sleeve has a discreet small tear on the rear top corner corner but is otherwise in fine condition with three other minor faults, "deleted" stamped on rear, a few tiny lamination creases and a few light discolour marks on the rear. Spine & Edges & Corners ex, No bends or creases, mouth fine, lamination fine. Obviously this has the small discreet tear so can only get a grade of Good but because of where the tear is situated this is of course much better than the strict grading I must give it. Please check the pictures for clarification.
This comes with its original patent inner sleeve which is in fine condition.
Labels: Both labels are clean and look brand new, under closer examination perhaps one spider spindle trail can be seen on each side. The centre hole is perfect and shows no signs of wear. There is what looks like bubbling of the label around the centre hole, this I can assure you is not through wear but was certainly done at time of pressing, the bubbling is solid and not paper.
Vinyl- both sides retain there brand new shine, under the closest of examinations a couple of dirt/finger marks can be seen. These are of course completely cleanable. This one is just about as good as you can find it having been played once or twice at most. This plays with no lessening in sound quality whatsoever, the above mentioned finger marks are completely non-audible and as stated only seen under the strongest of lights.
The vinyl for this is graded at Mint.
Overlook the small tear and a fine collectable.
