Description
This is a 1st pressing original UK release of the Peter And Gordon classic vinyl LP titled "In Touch With Peter And Gordon" on the Columbia/EMI label catalog number SCX-3532, Stereo from 1964. This is a very rare LP.
This 54 year old record was pressed on extra thick vinyl. I purchased the record new in 1964 while on active duty in Europe with the US Army. It has been played exclusively on high end turntables. It was play tested for this listing in order to guarantee an accurate description.
The vinyl shows some scuffing on the surface and the record does make typical sounds heard on older vinyl records such as light surface noise and some occasional light clicking but it plays great overall. The labels are in excellent condition.
The outer jacket’s glossy front has a small ripple in the finish that was a minor factory flaw and shows a hint of ring wear if viewed at an angle. The rear of the jacket shows minor ring wear and the jacket corners show minor wear but the jacket is otherwise solid with perfect seams. The original Emitex anti-static, poly lined inner sleeve is intact and in perfect condition.
I will pack the record outside of the jacket to protect jacket integrity and ship in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for further protection.
