Description
Condition Vinyl: Strong EX (never graded a mother stamper before - it's very clean. I see one minor mark; see picture)
Condition Sleeve: Generic sleeve with writing on it
You're looking at the original mother stampers (2 of them - one for each side) of this ultra rare/highly sought after EP. Really great Bay Area Jazz-Funk / Soul-Jazz! The record has sold for over $1000 (!) in the past! This is the original mother with the original label artwork attached to the sleeve! Truly a one of a kind artifact.
Please note: this stamper cannot be played on a regular turntable. It's essentially the negative (plays backwards and has a huge hold in the middle). This stamper is to press up records.
I DO NOT have any copyrights. This is sold as an artifact only. People have called for a reissue of this EP before. With the proper rights, this stamper could be used to press up more records. It's very clean for a mother (graded as strong EX). They only pressed up 500 copies back on August 4, 1983. This stamper was not discarded.
