IKE & TINA TURNER - RIVER DEEP - MOUNTAIN HIGH [1969]
A&M SP 4178 - WHITE LABEL PROMO LP M- w/ STICKER
From 1969, this original white-label promo copy of Ike & Tina Turner's "River Deep - Mountain High" album, produced by Phil Spector, was part of the collection of a prolific artist and designer from the 60's rock 'n' roll scene - he was the original owner of this and many other rare and beautiful albums that I am in the process of listing. The record is an unplayed M- and the jacket is also M-, with no cut-out markings of any kind. The rare original sticker, featuring a promotional quote from George Harrison, is perfectly intact on the front cover. Many of the vintage albums from this designer's collection are either unplayed or sealed in their original factory shrink wrap. I will be listing parts of this collection over the next several months, so please bookmark this listing - many are true rarities in incredible condition!
