Description

Original 10" entitled: "Introcucing the Horace Silver Trio". This is part of the New Faces New Sounds series. Horace Silver, piano; Curly Russell, bass; Art Blakey, drums. 8 tracks. Some small smear of the blue/white design. This is minor. Cover: VG 1" bottom edge split at insert edge. Partial crease near the upper corner by the spine leaves a small tear line of approx. 1 1/2" in length. This line a pin-line scratch and is minor. Partial record ring on the front cover. some soil an agint on the back cover. Some edge and corner wear. Minor tear, about midway on the insert edge, front cover. Record: VG(-) Visually shows light wear. There appears to be some surface markings which may have been made during the manufacturing process. This results in crackling throughout most of the record. The record tracks well and the noise does not appear to be the result of wear. There are some small surface rub marks. These appear to be light but may contribute to the surface noise. Audibly checked.
