Original stereo pressing, deep groove Horace Silver Horace-Scope Blue Note 84042. This is the original, first stereo pressing. Deep groove, ear and RVG Stereo in deadwax. West 63rd Street label. Back cover with the original New York 23 address. Horace Silver, Junior Cook, Blue Mitchell, Gene Taylor, Roy Brooks. This is a collectible copy of a sought after and rare jazz title. LP comes from a 30+ year collection of well-maintained and loved jazz and classical LPs. LP is play graded and cosmetic condition is described in detail below to ensure your satisfaction. This is a no reserve auction for a great jazz LP.

Vinyl is Near Mint. Glossy and no groove wear. One non feelable mark that does not effect play. The LP plays great -- as new. The music is "blue notey," with a great sound stage -- upfront, full bodied and clear. There are no skips or other distractions. The quiet passages play nicely. This LP will play great on your turntable and be a nice addition to your collection of rarer titles.

Cover is Near Mint. Front and Back graphics are great. Seams are great. No writing, no stamps, no stickers, etc. front graphics present nicely as well in the clear mylar outer cover (not shown in picture but included when mailing the LP).

Shipping: Given the value of this LP, shipping will be by priority mail only and insurance will be included to protect both parties. Shipping will be $11 for the continental US. If you insist on media mail shipping in the US, it must be done solely at your risk. Sorry. Shipping will be at actual cost to Hawaii, Alaska and outside the United States. LP cleaned on VPI machine. Package will be shipped with LP inside a high quality anti-static sleeve. The LP will be outside the cover. The cover and sleeve LP will be in a high-gauge clear mylar LP collectors sleeve. Entire package will be safely packed in a new LP mailer.
