Description
Up for bid is an original deep groove, mono pressing of the Horace Silver Quintet's Horace-Scope. This was released on the legendary Blue Note label and is BLP-4042. The label features the 47 West 63rd address and indicates that it is a "microgroove" pressing. The dead wax etching on Side 1 reads BN-LP 4042 A-1 and on Side 2 reads BN-LP 4042-B-1. Both sides also feature the Rudy Van Gelder "RVG" stamp as well as the ear insignia.
The vinyl and jacket are both in amazing condition. The jacket is NM with sharp corners and looks brand new. There is a small original price sticker in the upper right-hand corner of the back of the jacket. The vinyl is in NM- condition with only very light signs of being stored in an unlined inner sleeve. Don't miss out on your chance to win a beautiful, original copy of this rare LP.
Bid with confidence. All items are securely and carefully packaged in cardboard record mailers with stiffeners to ensure safe arrival. All records are shipped in sleeves outside of the jacket to ensure a safe journey. Items are shipped promptly, typically the following business day from completed payment.
