In the unfortunate event that an item gets lost or damaged in transit, we require that our customers fully comply with the insurance claim process. Normally that means, in the case of damage, supplying us with photos of the damaged item, interior packaging, and exterior packaging. We will work quickly to submit the claim for payment and reimbursement to you in full.
We insure our items through a 3rd party insurance agent and insurance is included in the shipping charges.
