Records - CBMR-13-B - *NOTE - THERE ARE A NUMBER OF ALBUMS WITH THIS TITLE WITH COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TRACKLISTINGS. Buffalo Springfield - Last Time Around - PLAY TESTED - 1968 - Atlantic/ATCO SD33-256 - USA Printed - Unipak gatefold jacket has an old 1" store sticker (completely faded) on front, some dog-ears, edge wear, ring wear, scuffing, small creases.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record is VG, with some surface scratches that just cause a little hiss and pop.   This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
Buffalo Springfield - Retrospective - The Best of Buffalo Springfield - 1969 - Atlantic/ATCO SD 38-105 - Jacket has its original shrink, with a little tearing and pulling back from open edge.   Jacket has some light dog-ears, light edge wear.   Overall jacket is VG++. Record is VG++ with faint surface marks that don't affect play.  
Crosby, Stills & Nash - s/t - 1969 - Atlantic SD 8229 -  Gatefold jacket has some dog-ears, heavy edge wear (including splitting), ring wear, scuffing.   Overall jacket is G+.  Record is VG (PLAY TESTED), with some surface scratches that don't affect play.  Pen markings on label.  This album comes with a lyric/liner note sheet. I don't grade sheets, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
Neil Young with Crazy Horse - Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere - 1969 - Reprise RS 6349 - Jacket has water damage along bottom, torn print, edge wear, loose glue all along bottom edge (NOT splitting, just an easy glue fix), creasing, dog-ears.  Overall, jacket is P.  Record is VG- (PLAY TESTED), with scratches that cause hiss and pop.  No skips.       
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (with Dallas Taylor & Greg Reeves) - Deja Vu - 1970 - Atlantic SD-7200 - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, light scuffs, light edge wear, light ring wear.   Overall jacket is VG++.  Record is VG+, with some surface scratches that don't affect play.  Pen markings on label.  
Stephen Stills s/t - 1970 - Atlantic SD 7202 - USA Printed - Jacket has some rust colored speckled staining on front on the right side, light dog-ears, edge wear, ring wear, scuffing, price sticker on back.   Overall jacket is G+, demoted mostly by staining.  Record is VG+, with some surface scratches that don't affect play.  This album needs a light dusting.  
Neil Young - After the Gold Rush - 1970 - Reprise RS 6383 - USA Printed - Gatefold jacket has seen some water damage and is in poor shape in general.   Grading jacket as P.  Record is VG- (PLAY TESTED), with lots of surface scratches - so many that I was surprised not to get skips and instead only experience some hiss in play.  Pen markings on label.  
Graham Nash - Songs for Beginners - 1971 - Atlantic SD 7204 - USA Printed - Jacket has its original shrink, with a little tearing.   Jacket has some light dog-ears, open edge wear, ring wear.   Overall jacket is VG+. Record is EX with very faint surface marks.  Vinyl could use a dusting.  This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
David Crosby - If I Could Only Remember My Name - 1971 - Atlantic SD 7203 - USA Printed - Gatefold jacket has some light dog-ears, scuffs, heavy edge wear.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record is VG++, with some faint surface scratches that don't affect play.  Pen markings on label.  
DOUBLE LP - Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - 4 Way Street - 1971 - Atlantic SD 2-902 - USA Printed - Gatefold jacket has an old used store price sticker, some dog-ears, heavy scuffing, ring wear edge wear.  Records are both VG+ (PLAY TESTED BOTH), with some surface scratches that at worst cause a little hiss here and there.
Graham Nash and David Crosby  - 1972 - Atlantic SD 7220 - USA Printed - Tri-gatefold jacket with diecut has some dog-ears, heavy edge wear, ring wear, scuffing, small creases, an old store sticker on inside of gatefold.   Overall jacket is G++.  Record is VG with a few surface scratches that only cause light hiss.  This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
Graham Nash - Wild Tales - 1973 - Atlantic SD 7288 - USA Printed - Jacket has a saw cutout on spine, some dog-ears, edge wear, ring wear, scuffing, small creases.   Overall jacket is G+.  Record is VG+, with some surface scratches that don't affect play.   This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
Neil Young - Time Fades Away - 1973 - Warner Bros 0598 - USA Printed - Jacket has its original shrink, with a lot of tearing.  Previous owner's idea to correct this, unfortunately, was to tape shrink back to itself over edges and so there is some tap in random places on edges.  I won't remove the tape for same reason I wouldn't remove a sticker from a jacket; don't want to tear any print.  Jacket has some light dog-ears, open edge wear, light edge wear.   Overall jacket is VG+.  Record is VG+ (PLAY TESTED) with surface scratches and a more serious scratch on last track on side 1 that causes pop but no skipping.  Record would have been EX without that detail.
Stephen Stills - Stills - 1975 - Columbia PC 33575 - Jacket has light dog-ears, edge wear, light ring wear, scuffing.   Overall jacket is VG.  Record is VG+, with some faint surface scratches that don't affect play.   This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
David Crosby and Graham Nash - Wind On the Water - 1975 - ABC ABCD-902 - USA Printed - Jacket has some unusual damage/staining on far left of front, running vertically.  Also has some dog-ears, edge wear, initials penned onto back, scuffing, small creases, ring wear.   Overall jacket is G+.  Record is NM.  This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn.

Neil Young - Freedom - 1989 - Reprise 9 25899-1 - UPC:  0 7599-25899-1 8 - USA Printed - Jacket has its original shrink, with some tearing.    Jacket has light dog-ears, open edge wear.  Record is VG+, with some surface scratches that don't affect play.  Vinyl could use a dusting.  This album comes with a lyric/liner note sleeve. I don't grade sleeves, I just play it safe and call them all worn. 
LET IT BE KNOWN THAT IT IS POSSIBLE I MISSED A DETAIL HERE OR THERE.  GOLDMINE GRADING WAS MOSTLY VISUAL, UNLESS PLAY TESTED IS NOTED IN THE ALBUM'S DETAILS.  VISUAL GRADING IS AN IMPERFECT SCIENCE BUT I DID THE BEST I COULD WITH IT.  I MAY ALSO HAVE MISSED A DETAIL HERE OR THERE LIKE A MARKING ON A LABEL OR A DEFECT ON A JACKET OR THIS MATTER OR THAT MATTER BUT I DID THE BEST I COULD WITH SUCH A LARGE RECORD LOT AS THIS.

We use Goldmine® visual grading, which breaks down like this (please do read through this record grading if you are not familiar with it): 
M (mint) Record is new, shiny, never played. 
NM (near mint) Record is like new, probably played a few times, but it doesn't effects on the quality of a sound. 
EX (excellent) Record in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but low in surface noise or no surface noise. 
VG+ (very good plus) Record has been played more times, it has more marks and surface noise, it doesn't skip. 
VG (very good) Record has been played many times, may be more surface noise, but it shouldn't skip while playing. 
G (good) Record is in bad condition, this is worth only for archive items - just to have that until you find better. 
P (poor) Record is a mess and probably will skip (Goldmine doesn't actually offer a "poor" rating but this is how we would describe POOR). 
REGARDING DUST AND CLEANING - IF YOU ASK 5 DIFFERENT RECORD COLLECTORS THEIR PREFERRED WAY TO REMOVE DUST OR CLEAN YOU WILL GET 5 DIFFERENT ANSWERS AND EACH MIGHT BE OFFENDED BY THE OTHER COLLECTOR'S METHOD OF REMOVING DUST. SO WHEN I SEE DUST ON A VINYL I SELL IT AS IS BUT I TRY TO LET YOU KNOW IN THE LISTING IF YOUR VINYL NEEDS A LIGHT OR HEAVY DUSTING. 
WHEN I SHIP RECORDS I SHIP THEM ON TOP OF THE JACKET, NOT INSIDE. BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THIS IS THE COMMON AND PREFERRED WAY TO SHIP A RECORD. THIS KEEPS IT FROM CUTTING THROUGH THE CLOSED SIDES OF THE JACKET DURING SHIPPING. I SHIP IN CARDBOARD RECORD BOXES AND I USE BUBBLE WRAP (WHEN THE BOX ALLOWS ROOM FOR IT; OTHERWISE RECORDS ARE SNUG AND SAFE ENOUGH WITHOUT IT) TO ENSURE YOUR ITEM ARRIVES SAFELY.
