The record that birthed the Def Jam empire was not a hip hop record, it was a Flipper knock off band. Distributed by the mighty 99records store/label (that gave us Liquid Liquid aka the band who wrote the song that "White Lines” was ripped off from).
Yes I bought this fron Rick, and yes I saw them at the Sound of Music in San Francisco, and yes Rick was a dick.
Comes in a brown paper bag with stickers on front and back.
